PBS, the Public Broadcasting Service, has an advertisement that features an adventurous goldfish who, seeing salmon swimming upstream on television, decides to escape into the wild. One of my fish has similarly escaped, in his case into a magnificient setting, that is none other than the Museum of Modern Art in New York where he (and the painting in which he lives) is displayed along side paintings by Joan Mitchell.
